Order Submission and Confirmation

1. When placing an order through the Store, you need to accurately fill in relevant information such as shipping address, contact information, and payment information to ensure that the information is true, complete and valid. If the order cannot be delivered, delayed or additional costs are incurred due to incorrect information filled in by you, you shall bear the responsibility yourself.

2. After you submit the order, the system will automatically generate an order number, which only means that we have received your order application and does not mean that the order has been confirmed. We have the right to review the order information, product inventory, payment status, etc. after receiving the order, and the order can only take effect after the review is passed; if the review fails (such as out-of-stock products, abnormal payment, etc.), we will notify you in a timely manner and fully refund the amount you have paid.

3. If you find any error in the order information after submitting the order, you need to contact us to modify it before the order is approved; after the order is approved, except for the shipping address and contact information which can be modified before shipment, other order information (such as product model, quantity, etc.) cannot be modified. If modification is needed, you need to cancel the original order and place a new order.

Payment Terms

1. You need to complete the payment in accordance with the payment methods displayed in the Store (such as credit card, PayPal and other payment channels supported by Shopify). The payment amount shall be subject to the amount displayed on the order confirmation page, including product price, shipping fee and relevant taxes (if any).

2. After the payment is completed, you will receive a notification of successful payment; if there is an abnormality during the payment process (such as payment failure, deduction not received, etc.), please contact us in a timely manner for verification, and we will assist you in handling relevant matters to ensure the safety of your funds.

3. You confirm that the payment account and payment method used are legal and compliant. If any loss is caused by your use of illegal payment channels or irregular payment behaviors, you shall bear it yourself, and we shall not bear any responsibility.

4. If you fail to complete the payment within the time specified in the order, the order will be automatically cancelled, and we shall not bear any liability for breach of contract.

Shipping and Delivery

1. After the order is approved and we receive your full payment, we will arrange shipment according to the shipping address you filled in. The shipping time shall be subject to the shipping cycle marked on the Store's detail page (except for delays caused by special products, holidays or force majeure factors).

2. We will choose logistics service providers cooperating with Shopify for delivery. You can query the logistics progress through the order number; the shipping fee shall be subject to the amount displayed on the order confirmation page. If the Store has a free shipping activity, it will be implemented in accordance with the activity rules.

3. If the delivery is delayed, the product is damaged or lost due to the logistics service provider, we will assist you in communicating with the logistics service provider for claim settlement, but will not bear direct liability for compensation; if the product cannot be delivered or returned due to incorrect shipping address filled in by you, no one to sign for it, etc., the round-trip shipping fee shall be borne by you.

4. International shipping (if any) shall comply with the customs regulations of the destination country/region. Relevant tariffs and customs clearance fees shall be borne by you. We shall not bear any liability caused by customs clearance issues (such as customs clearance delay, goods detained, etc.).

Product Return and Exchange

1. After receiving the product, if you find that the product has quality problems (such as damage, incompleteness, functional abnormalities, etc.), wrong delivery or the product is seriously inconsistent with the Store's description, you can contact us to apply for return or exchange within 7 working days after receiving the product. We will handle the return or exchange procedures for you according to the actual situation, and the round-trip shipping fee shall be borne by us.

2. To apply for return or exchange due to personal reasons (such as dislike, inappropriate size, etc.), the following conditions must be met: the product is unopened, unused, intact, and all accessories are complete (such as packaging, instructions, etc.). The return or exchange application must be submitted within 3 working days after receiving the product. The round-trip shipping fee shall be borne by you, and the corresponding handling fee of the product shall be deducted (the specific ratio shall be subject to the Store's regulations).

3. Some special products (such as customized products, personal products, food, etc.) do not support return or exchange, which shall be subject to the marking on the product detail page. Such products shall not be returned once sold.

4. When returning or exchanging goods, you need to properly package the products to avoid secondary damage during transportation; if the product is damaged due to improper packaging, we have the right to refuse the return or exchange application.

5. Due to force majeure (such as earthquake, flood, typhoon, war, policy adjustment, etc.) leading to failure to perform the order, delayed delivery, product damage, etc., we shall not bear any liability for breach of contract, will notify you in a timely manner, and handle the refund or delayed delivery procedures for you according to the actual situation.

6. Due to order abnormalities, payment failures and other situations caused by Shopify platform system failures, network problems, third-party service interruptions and other reasons not caused by us, we will try our best to assist you in solving them, but will not bear direct liability for compensation.

7. You confirm that the product pictures and descriptions in the Store are for reference only, and the actual product shall be subject to the received physical object. Minor color difference and detail difference caused by shooting light, display difference, etc. are not quality problems, and we shall not bear the responsibility for return or exchange.
